New User - Audirvana does not "see" my music drive

nor can I seem to import or connect with iTunes. Very frustrating. Help please :)!

How is that? Do you use external drive? Can you dump here the debug info?

Alex I do use an external drive. Where do I find the debug info? I appreciate your replies.

From the menu Audirvana>General>Debug Info and just paste it here.

Check if the system sees the drive. Is it biometrics protected drive or something weird? Do you see the drive mounted in Finder?

You need to select method 2 in library sync (Monitored Folder) and map the path where the music files are stored.
