Hi All,
Just trying out AS and loving the sound and interface, but every now and then it cuts a track off early and moves on to the next. Its running on a new M1 MacBook Air wirelessly to a Naim Uniti Nova.
Is this because its the free trial I wonder? I have absolutly no streaming problems with Roon or the Naim App…

In 99% of the cases it has to do with the (wireless) network connection or upnp etc. For troubleshooting, try a wired connection and see if that is the cause of the problem.
As @RunHomeSlow already mentioned, paste/post you ‘debug info’ here because that shows your system information and Audirvana setup. Maybe a simple change in the settings can resolve your issue. But we only know if you give more info.

I do have a wired Mac Mini that I could use, I only use it for Roon. Perhaps I should give it a try…
You have 5 upnp devices ?? you tried to switch them ? i’m not a upnp guy 
Yes I guess I do, dotted round the house. I could bring the Mini down and plug it in to the Nova via USB, do you think that would sound better?
Try to set ‘Unwanted playback stop workaround’ from ‘no’ to ‘yes’ in the Audirvana settings. (I do not use uPnP, so I can’t show you a screenshot).
Your Mac has 8 GB RAM. Try to lower the ‘Max. memory for audio buffers’ in Audirvana to 4000 or lower, because it is eating up too much of your RAM.
In my case (on my Windows machine with 16 GB of RAM if have set it to 8 GB, but you should try it to 4000 or lower).
Those are 2 things on top of my head. Try to see if it helps.

I am not sure if it will sound better, because that is system dependent. In my (and others) experience Audirvana works more reliable with USB than with uPnP. Also USB will probably not sound worse either, but that is for your ears to decide. On my system I use USB and that sounds excellent in my ears, but it also depends how well the USB interface on the receiving DAC or DDC etc. is implemented.
But maybe try to change the settings (as mentioned in my previous post first)

You have more than 50% of your System memory allocated for playback pre-load memory… Try lowering this to 1 or 2GB…
