No 16/44 will not stream

Just started using Audirvana Studio today, so am early on the learning curve. I am streaming Qobuz to my Levinson 5101 CD player/streamer. I can stream any of the high resolution content, but none of my 16/44 content will play. I get “unsupported file” message on player when trying to stream 16/44 content. What am I doing wrong, thx

Maybe you need to set conversion in settings to upsample the 16/44.

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account

Please remove the line corresponding to your logged-in account to avoid displaying your email address and first name/last name publicly.

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message
