Hi @Raalapas,

Can you please try to restart your computer? It may have to install an update for your audio driver.

I have already performed all the troubleshooting that I could do.
Restarted my pc several times. Tried uninstalling driver and the reinstalling. My pc is up to date.
Also done re-installation of Audirvana with config files too.

Have you tried to uninstall BOOM audio software?

Yeah it was there but I uninstalled a long ago. Also, Audirvana was working fine.

Do you still see this output in Audirvāna?

No I uninstalled it from device manager. So, no longer I see it.

Ok, If you try to play a Youtube video, you do have sound coming from your device speakers, right?

Yeah earlier it wasn’t coming. Might be due to exclusive permission to Audirvana to use it. Not exactly remember what I did but after doing reinstalling drivers and also checked in Audirvana if it was on, then restarting my pc solved the problem.

I mean it solved the problem that sound was not coming from other service like foobar, YouTube , browser, vlc, etc.
But the issue with Audirvana showing no device is still there.
Maybe you misinterpreted my last response as the solution for this issue that I posted, actually it was for your question that whether sound is coming for youtube or not.

If you try to select Kernel Streaming instead of WASAPI, do you have the same behavior?

Yes here it doesn’t show error “Device not found” music gets load but the progress bar stays at 0 and hence no sound comes.

After I reinstalled Audirvana now, Wasapi is working fine, sound is coming but in Kernel streaming the behaviour is same that I explained in above reply.

Just after installing the Audirvan when I selected Kernel streaming and clicked to play a song, it got crashed with a file Audirvana_Studio.dmp getting created.

When I am using Kernel Streaming with portable dac it is working fine, sound is coming. But issue is still there with speakers.

Can you send the file at support@audirvana.com so we can look at it?

Sent

@Antoine this all sound Similar to mine, also with the message no audio device found.

@Raalapas;
After reinstall Audirvana, just try songs with 16 bit and 44.1khz

If they work, go higher with the sample rate until you get the error.

I set my upsdamling to 192khz for all sample rates and have had no problems since then.

I am having an issue with kernel streaming. Was that same in your case too?
If you can confirm.
