No playback with Pioneer SC-LX78 over HDMI cause of Integer Mode error

Hi there,

I want to test Audirvana for the very first time and I got problems with the playback. My AVR is directly connected to my pc over HDMI. Usually I just use the passthrough options for playback if it’s available. So the first problem is that Audirvana cannot detect any informations about the AVR if I choose the only one output over HDMI. The second problem is that it plays nothing due to an “Integer Mode” error. If I choose the network player of the AVR it works but it sounds a little bit worse than normally over HDMI and my display is changing to the media server of the AVR. You can see my options in the screenshot. Is there anything I can do here?

Hello @Ceroc,

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info

Note: By clicking on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content, all you have to do is paste it in response to this message

Do you have a ASIO driver with your device or can you try to connect to it with UPnP? It seems that it doesn’t indicates it’s capabilities properly with HDMI
