Noise From Speakers

I am trying to get more info from Arcam customer support but unfortunately after 3 emails they are still not replying. I think one embarrassment is they have sold it as a Roon Ready device and in fact it has not got certification yet. Roon Labs are advising we ask for our money back but it is a lovely sounding device. I have contacted the dealer as well but they also haven’t replied.

The dealer I purchased unit from has been in contact with Arcam and they sent me some instructions today. It showed auto detect selected and set to not MQA. Now I can see the sampling rate either the same as what it should be and some MQA tracks double sampling rate. The scratching noise and humming have now disappeared, now a happy boy.
