Not Studio problem but been trying all week to download

I purchased an album from Qobuz, I see it on the website but have been unable to download it and Qobuz support takes a few days to respond. I am impressed with their catalog and integration with Studio just wondered if this is a common problem with them and why they can’t figure it out. Clearly not a Studio issue just curious if others here had similar issues.

i don’t stream, but could it be a country limitation? not available in your country?

I’ve only bought a handful of albums from Qobuz but found the process painless, easy and efficient (and the files sound great, naturally).
When you say that you “have been unable to download” what exactly happened? At which stage did the process stop? Any error messages? Are you sure that the files didn’t download, and that you maybe just didn’t look for them in the right location?
