Old puter died , how to switch license

I had an audirvana app on an HP puter that died, have a new rig, need to switch the license to new rig. This is the second machine on said license, the first is running really well. Any help welcome, Thanx in advance.

I have removed all your computers from the license database. You can now activate up to two PC running Windows 10.

To install Audirvana on your PC, you can proceed as follows:

  1. install trial version : https://audirvana.com/try-windows/
  2. unlock it by loading your license key

I have installed a new hard drive in my computer to replace one that crashed can the license be removed from that drive seperately after I install the license or would I need to wait till I am notified that that it has been reset? I am on a Windows computer.

Hello @Raymond_Hutfles, i removed your computer in our database. You can now use your license in your new drive.

Demien, I have a similar problem. My older laptop died suddenly. How do I delete it so I can add a new computer? The only access I currently have is by the 2017 MacBook Pro. If you have to delete both that would be fine. I Thanks

Also a similar issue with a dead laptop. I need to have my licenses reset if possible.

Hi Damien

I formatted my PC and reinstalled Audirvanna. It asks me to uninstall Audirvana before I can use my license again.

Are you able to please reset things on your end so I can the add the license again.

bonjour, j’ai rĂ©installĂ© W10 sur mon PC et je n’arrive pas Ă  rĂ©installer Audirvana en suivant la procĂ©dure “essai gratuit”: pas de tĂ©lĂ©chargement et erreur 404 si je clique sur le lien.

Pour quelle raison vous ne pouvez pas installer cette application? Elle est installée par défaut dans Windows 10 si vous utilisez une version récente de Windows 10.

j’ai rĂ©installĂ© windows 10 Ă  partie d’un CD et formater mon ordi car W10 occupait toute la place de mon ordi et aprĂšs l’installation, j’ai empĂ©chĂ© les mises Ă  jour de W (PC LENOVO YOGA 330)
