I have just obtained my licence for origin yesterday after trying out the trial. After setting up - every time I go to play it crashes.
I know that it can work on my mac mini (set up as a dedicated music server) from the trial

Can you send us the crash file generated at support@audirvana.com?
On Windows, it should be an audirvana_origin.dmp file on your desktop.
On MacOS, the crash can be found under the Console app of MacOs.
