Right. It is the “as soon as playback is stopped” that is confusing. There is a duration of a minute between the time that this screen says that exclusive audio access mode disabled and the time that SysOptimizer says “Ready” rather than “Stopping”. The services are not reactivated until SysOptimizer says “Ready”.
