Paid but not sent License key

Hi,
I purchased the software a couple of days ago and have not been sent a license key yet. I sent an email to Paddle.com but have not really heard back from them on why they didn’t send me the key. I have received a receipt telling me everything has been paid. At £83 I would expect a key by return. Could someone let me know if I’ll get a key anytime soon?

Hello @KEW,

Have you take a look at your spam inbox for the license key? I sent you a private message with your license key in case you don’t have it in the spam inbox of your mail address.
