Playback speed and track time problems

Tracks are not playing at the correct speed (some too fast and others too slow) and the track times displayed while playing do not match up with the track duration on the library list. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how do you fix it? I can’t figure how to contact Audirvana for customer support.

If you want help on this forum you need to provide more information. The best way to provide this is click on the ‘debug info’ in Audirvana. (see picture below). After that you can paste this info (Ctrl-V Windows, or Cmd-V Mac) in your next post here.

Your Mac has 16 GB RAM. Set the audio buffer in Audirvana to 4 GB (4000 MB) instead of what it is now.
This could be causing your problem. You can allways try to go higher in small increments, but start with 4GB.

You can also try (only for analysis purposes) to turn off r8brain upsampling.

Thanx for the advice Andy it totally worked out.
