I rarely, almost never use the radio section. In the past, trying radio stations seemed to yield poor sound quality, so thus it never got used.
I was playing around last night and tried out a dozen or so stations and to my surprise, they sounded pretty decent for casual listening. Another observation, it seems the radios utilize you upsampling settings and your plugins. In the past, when trying the radio section, it was pre-upsampling.
I have not tried without the upsampling, but assuming there must be great benefit on the radios. The upsampling method is the same as my current setup for Flac/PCM, upsample to DSD 1.1, 256, Sox.
