Please remove my computers from the license database

Dear @Antoine,

Could you remove all my computers from the license database, please?

I forgot to deactivate my license for windows before I do the clean install of Windows OS.

Message says the license has already used and cannot activate the Audirvana in Windows.

I have received the Order confirmation #21599570 email and License key via email (Cross Platform page.)
