after using Audirvana 3.x for several years without having any problems playing my music via WLAN to my DNLA certified RIVA Festival box, after updating to Audirvana Studio playing starts initially, but stops after some 3 to 5 sec. Jumping to the next track doesnt solve the problem - same story: afetr 3 - 5 sec. playing stops without showing any error message on my pc.
What can we do?

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account
Please remove the line corresponding to your logged-in account to avoid displaying your email address and first name/last name publicly.

1st Play resulted in a somewhat unsynchronized signal (like white noise).
2nd play stopped as decribed after some 4 sec.

Can you update to version 1.7.2 of Studio?
Yes, for sure. Since I installed Audirvana, I was used to Audirvana updating by itself. Is this no longer a feature of Audirvana Studio?

Between the 1.3 and 1.4 version there have been a security update from Microsoft and this is why you need to do the procedure to not loose your playlist and favorites.
I tried to update directly out of Audirvana Studio 1.3 and received during installation an error response (see below). 
Then I logged in via my web browser to install the software from there, removed the old version 1.3 from my computer first and installed 1.7.2 afterwards.
Good news: everything works and favorites are still there…thanks a million!
