Bonjour,
je suis en test avec Origin, je cherche à lire les fichiers audios présent sur mon NAS Synology DS420.
Le Nas est bien monté sur mon mac Mini je peux lire les fichies dans le finder.
Ca se complique quand je lance Audirvana, dans l’onglet Bibliothèque je fais ajouter un nouveau dossier, celuis ci apparait le scan commence et plus rien… aucun fichiers n’a été scanné!
C’est un élement essentiel pour moi de pouvoir lire depuis le Nas.

Pouvez-vous aller dans les paramètres d’Audirvāna et dans la section Mon compte ? Vous verrez un bouton ‘Start Log Session’, cliquez dessus et reproduisez votre problème. Après l’avoir reproduit, cliquez sur “Arrêter la session de journal” et ouvrez le fichier audirvana_origin.log que vous pouvez trouver en cliquant sur le bouton “Ouvrir le dossier log”.
Est-ce que vous voyez un message d’erreur particulier?

Pouvez-vous nous envoyer une copie de votre “Debug Info” ? Vous le trouverez dans les paramètres d’Audirvana>Mon compte
Remarque: En cliquant sur le bouton Debug Info, Audirvana copie automatiquement tout son contenu, il ne vous reste plus qu’à le coller en réponse de ce message

Le dossier que vous voulez scanner est-il dans /Volumes/music/Flac III ?
C’est le dossier Flac III que je veux scanner…;il y a beaucoup de fichier
OK, pouvez-vous activer les logs de Audirvāna , puis cliquer sur le bouton de synchronisation dans les paramètres de Audirvāna Studio? Une fois que la barre de synchronisation à disparue, désactivez les logs puis envoyez-moi le fichier log à support@audirva.com s’il vous plait.
