Problems downloading (account issues)

Hi!

as quite some other Audirvana 3.5 users already reported I experience problems downloading the Studio trial using the e-mail that I used to buy the 3.5 license.
If I click the download link in the e-mail I get an error telling me that an account corresponding to the e-mail address already exists but I’m not aware of it and I can’t reset the password because the website would tell me there is no account!
Of course I can register with an alternative e-mail address but this would mean that I endanger the discount for 3.5 users.

How should I proceed to obtain the Studio trial where an eventual discount will be applied to the monthly fee? I’m happy to share my e-mail address with support in PM.
