When i try to play music with upnp on my Goldnote Ds-1000 i get distortion and almost no sound, but work in 3.5, anybody know whats wrong?

It only works on 16 bit files, when use 24 bit (mqa-dsd.pcm) it only get distortion, anyone know whats wrong?? Works perfect on 3,5
I have what appears to be exactly the same problem when streaming to my Cyrus Stream.
Have you also tried streaming anything in 24bit, using either Qobuz or Tidal, as the problem remains with these tracks also.
Also have to reset dac after using Adiravamna Studio with 24 bit with distortion
Try first without upsampling.

I couldn’t get Ropieee XL, Gentoo or Mo0de working via UPNP with AS but I think that may be down to my DAC.
I finally installed Volumio on the Pi4 and it’s working a treat with AS, weirdly volumio shows the bit rate as 32 for all tracks even though my DAC only supports 24/192
Have just spent 4 hours listening without a single glitch.
Yep tried that already, just enabled the audio out as USB and after applying and rebooting it reverted to ‘none’
I think it’s DAC related as it would play for a few secs on gentoo and then stop with a gentoo error of “alsa unable to open audio device”
Still have pinknoice and lock of my DAC when play 24 bit and DSD, works perfect with 16bit, any solution?
Do you have upsampling turned on for your DAC?
I had to turn it on for my Cyrus to play anything above 16bit.
Thank you for reply) Dont have any upsampling on dac and tryed with upsampling on and off on AS. works on 3,5 perfectly. When it plays on 16 bit the sound is veryvery good.
