Problems with licence key

I have just purchased the Windows version having been shut out of the trial and am most disappointed to find that the program does not accept the licence key that I have been sent.
Do I have to re-install in order to use licensed version?

UPDATE

To save others a load of anxiety it appears that you MUST TYPE in the licence key. Copy and pasting does not work which is not made clear!

Must say that I am now very impressed with the overall program for local playback and I really appreciate the ability to stream Qobuz in hires on my UPnP devices.

Hi Graham,

You’ve spotted the main issue with copy and paste: copy can take extraneous space before or after the license key, thus causing the issue.
