Qobuz 3 month trail

I’ve just purchased Audirvana Studio and expected to get the 3 month trial of Qobuz. When I clicked the “claim voucher” is said there was an error contacting the Qobuz server and to contact them directly. I registered for Qobuz on the same day. How do I claim the free 3 months?

Can you disconnect and then reconnect your account? To do this you need to go to Audirvāna settings, My Account section.

Once you have done this, are you able to claim your Qobuz extended free trial?
