Qobuz connected but files will not load?

Within the last couple of days I have finally signed up for a free trail of Qobuz. I am connected, signed in, and can view all of the catalog of music available. However none of the audio files will load, but returns an error message stating cannot load files. Anybody of an idea what might be wrong?


Hello @RobO, have you tried to play some music form the Qobuz player? This test will determine if its a Qobuz or Audirvana issue.

Thanks, I was finally able to get this to work, but never figured out what the issue was that caused it.
