Yep, I’ll do that. Use AS for daily listening and and external drive for Qobuz downloads for offline listening.

Either Roon or Audirvāna Studio can’t do what you are looking for, only the Qobuz app can.
If I understand correctly what you want to do is the following:
“I would like to play tracks from my Qobuz subscription without being connected to internet. Those tracks have not been purchased on Qobuz Store.”
You won’t be able to play those tracks offline, first because Roon won’t let you be offline (but Audirvāna Studio and Audirvāna Origin will let you 
) and second because they are DRM protected by Qobuz and only the Qobuz app can play them.
