Qobuz in Audirvāna Studio

Nella mia homepage del programmma Studio non vedo più Qoboz, anche nella app
del telefono android Qobuz è sparito.
Come posso risolvere?

Can you send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account

Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a ‘Start Log Session’ button, click on it, and then reproduce your issue. After you reproduce it, click 'Stop Log Session’ and send me the log file you can find by clicking on the button ‘Open Log Folder’ at support@audirvana.com.

I have the same problem with the new version.
I updated to the latest version two days ago. When I ran AS for the first time, I had no problems with Qobuz. But today, although the AS setting page shows Qobuz connected, Qobuz is completely missing in the AS.

Qobuz desktop application works as it should, but you say that there is an error when you connect to Qobuz via AS application. Who will solve this problem, Qobuz team or Audirvana team?

When you are connecting to their Desktop app, you are using the internal API of Qobuz, which uses a different API endpoint from ours. Since we are a third-party app, we have a dedicated API like any other Qobuz partner. Therefore since the issue is API-related, there is nothing we can do for the time being and action needs to be taken by the Qobuz API team.
