Qobuz interrupion

I am using Audirvana Studio on a Windows 10 Pro laptop with Intel Core I5/8GB Ram. Playing an Album in Qobuz, often the reproduction of a track comes to a halt. Sometimes I receive a warning of a software dump.

How come?

Can you send us your audirvana.dmp and audirvana.log file at support@audirvana.com?

It can be in two different locations :
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Packages\Audirvana.Audirvana-[… id number that can vary]\LocalCache\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
C:\Users[your login]\AppData\Local\Audirvana\Audirvana
