Qobuz login failed

After buying audirvana studio for one year, my qobuz login won’t work. what goes wrong? Perhaps there have to be a longer trial experience?
Studio looks nice, but is buggy

Odd. Qobuz logs in succesfully here on both my computers. Both with Windows and macOS.

There wasn’t any difference here between when I was on the trial or after I’ve subbed.


Are you using Windows or macOS? Because from my own experience the Windows version is quite buggy.

Mac OS High Sierra and on my other Mac BigSur. I’ve reinstalled Audirvana Studio and deleted Audirvana on library application support. After that – on my iMac (BigSur) Audirvana 3.5 don’t recognised Qobuz too.
Even after deleting App - reinstalling chache-cleaning preferences and so on

I had the same login issue with Qobuz after I subscribed. I resolved it after going to Qobuz website and changing my password. Logged into Qobuz through AS and it has been working with no problems. I don’t know if this will fix your issue though.
