Qobuz plays at 44/16 no matter what file I play

Hi, I have a high res streamer, a Yamaha R-N803D. Whenever I am paused and about to play very high res music from Qobuz on Audirvana Studio on my iMac I can see that the file is 192/24 for the file (Neil Young in this case) and I can see that my DAC is 192/24 on the bottom right (which makes sense, my streamer is capable of that). However whenever I play the file it reverts to just CD quality - 44/16. I have gotten high res Qobuz to play from other sources to my streamer (for instance Bubble UPnP) at 192/24 just fine. I can play locally to a headphone DAC hardwired to my Mac just fine at 192/24 from Audirvana. I have checked and rechecked the settings to maximise the audio quality. Why isn’t it playing 192/24?

Can you take a picture of the settings screen while playing a hi res file. Here you see the resolution of the file on the left and then the steps that Audirvana makes and what the end result is.

Posting the Debug info is probably the next question to be able to say something about what happens during playback.

What does this setting say? If you disconnect Qobuz once and log in again. Will it still load a 16/44.1?

If I choose lossless here, I see the same as with your screenshots

Thanks again, yeah I think it is a special version but also Neil Young was a FLAC/High Res pioneer so he would have been careful to make sure the mastering process was on point, in fact he got pissed off at Tidal making his recordings MQA and packed up and left Tidal. Also the recordings all have that warm analogue dry 70s production. It stands up.
