I have found that Audirvana Studio will connect to my Quad Vena 2 Play through UPNP, and the sound is very good. This means I can select between the Quad and a couple of Chromecast devices I have around the house.
However - when I switch the Quad back into standby, and it disconnects from the router, it means the app (on both Android and Apple) stops responding and will not refresh to show just the Chromecast devices - effectively it locks out.
The only solution seems to be to relaunch Audirvana on the connected PC. Which is a pain.
Does anyone else have this, and is there a better easier solution? I don’t want to leave the Quad on all the time.
