I’ve run JRiver for years. All works well as long as you have an internet connection.
I want tunes in my RV, there will not be internet available.
Can I run Audirvana on a small Win10 box, control via an Android tablet on a LAN without internet access?
JRiver logs and links remote control (Gizmo on Android) with the playback server. It does not work w/o internet.
Daphile doesn’t either, or at least I have not been able to get it to work on a simple LAN.
Hoping Audirvana does so I can move forward.
As long as you have an access point in the RV, yes you can do that.
We need to check your license key time to time so yes, you need an internet connection when Audirvana can’t check your license key.
Back to square one then. No internet connection in the RV. Senseless to purchase a license and have to have it monitored.
