Quits unexpectedly

loaded Studio on my new Mac Mini M2, added my local disc files and enabled Qobuz. Played for a while then quit. Now, every time I launch Studio it comes up to the normal interface then quits. I have the crash report but can’t get it to upload… what kind of files are accepted?

maybe go here to your account, and disconnect, then go back to Audirvana player and login when asked…

I deleted Studio from my Mac and deactivated the authorization from this web site. I reinstalled it and logged in. It crashed the same as before.

Try deleting your preferences of Audirvana.

Apple hide the Home Folder in User Library at some time depending on OS System…

When you have clicked your Home Folder, and cannot see the Library Folder in there, just do a ‘‘cmd J’’ to show the folder settings preferences and see at the bottom… click Show Library Folder and then you’ll have access to it forever.*

Close Audirvana.

Go to User… Home Folder… Library… Preferences…
trash: com.audirvana.Audirvana.plist
in that folder

Restart MAC. Try again :grinning:
