Refund after persistent issues

Hi,

How can I request a refund? The sound quality of the software is absolutely wonderful, but reliability is poor.

My issues are still as follows: I keep getting the frozen “loading first track” message and in Qobuz the track always skips to the next before the end of the current track. I’ve often received the advice on the forum to deactivate upscaling and reduce pre-load memory. This usually doesn’t work and requires other annoying workarounds, including resetting my speakers. Moreover, the upscaling is a main feature which made me decide to purchase Aurdirvana in the first place because of improved dynamics.

With all respect, this feels more like beta-software with great potential than something reliable paying 100E for. Please help me on how to get a refund.
