Reinstalled app failure

I reinstalled the app because it kept stopping after one album song. I was able to log in but I was shuttled to the free trial page. I was prompted to download the app again but kept going in a circle
back the free trial page. I have a monthly subscription and I can’t take advantage of it.
Please help!

open Studio,
then go to the Preferences…
account tab, disconnect there if you are connected,
then close Studio, open again and login…

if not connected at first, login there and see

I think that fixed it. I disconnected my laptop, closed the app, did a laptop restart and all was good.
