Remote App Android 5.1.1

I have a large Samsung Tablet running Android 5.1.1 that I use for remote with Roon.

When I try to use the Remote App I get an error saying “Version of the server is invalid”. I clock OK and then it goes into Loading…

Any suggestions other than purchase a new Tablet? I’m in the free trail so before going all in I want to test functionality.

Remote app works on my Mac and Android Phone so I assume it is my tablet version.

Does the remote app have a min Android version?

Hi @Bryans,

You need at least Android 5.0 to use the Remote app. Do you get this error message each time you open the Remote?
