Renaming a Speaker

For the sake of clarity I’d like to rename one of the speakers (audio outlets) I am using with Audirvana 3.5

How can that be done?

As far as I know you can’t do it in Audirvana itself. Audirvana just lists the sound card (speaker) names provided by the OS.

But if you are using Windows you can (re)name your soundcards (speakers) in the Windows settings. Just google how to do that in Windows. After that Audirvana will show those (changed) names. I am not a Mac user, so if you use a Mac I can’t help you there.

In Windows 11 the settings look a bit different, but the procedure is about the same.
