Reset licenses for me

I have a similar issue. I forgot to uninstall my Audirvana installation on an old Mac that I completely wiped after moving the user over to my new Mac. When I started my new Mac, keying in the license key did not activate Audirvana. Can you pls. send me a private mail so that we can discuss how to fix this?

I have removed all your computers from the license database.
You can now activate up to two Mac computers you want with your license key.

To install Audirvana on your second Mac, you can proceed as for the first one:

  1. install trial version
  2. unlock it by loading your same license key

My music library has accumulated garbage over time, errors, etc. Deleting the volume and then re-installing the edited version does not seem to work. Is there a way to do this without deleting Audirvana and the reloading the trial version and entering the license key?

OSX 10.15.3 if it makes a difference.

If a license reset is the best solution, you have may permission to do it.

Hello @bigdave, You want to redo your Library in Audirvana? You don’t need to reset your license for that.
