What are the chances of adding support for sidecars (accompanying files) to SACD ISO image files to store a cover image, edited tags etc? The data in the sidecar would override any such info in the ISO itself. Sidecars would save a LOT of effort (and disk space) in having to create DSF conversions solely for the purpose of proper tagging.
Two thumbs up for this feature request. This would be a great solution to not being able to edit SACD metadata. Too many times, the SACD rip has different metadata for artist or album vs my HDTracks flacs. Would love to be able to edit and normalize the metadata between my flacs and SACDs of same artist.
Not to mention those ISO images without any track or artist info!
Has this option been considered? It is three years since this thread and its hard to see how such a feature remains unimplemented… or maybe it has been implemented and I can’t grasp how to do it? I’m on 3.5 now and .iso files are still not editable nor can I override the images shown.
