Selecting 'Settings' Causing iOS Remote v5.0 Crash

When I select ‘Settings’, the Remote app crashes every time…

using an IPhone 6 Plus

It seems something we added in the Setting page is not loaded correctly by iOS, given the crashes we see on our side. We will fix it as soon as possible.

If other iOS users crash while using iOS 13 or more, please try this beta version, which will fix the crash:

My problem is that my device can’t run IOS 13.
I’m not sure how it managed to upgrade to Remote v 5.0

The Audirvāna Remote requires at least iOS 12, hence why you got the update.

We will fix the issue as soon as possible.
