Is there any procedure for submitting crash logs?

If you experience crash with Audirvana you need to send the information to support@audirvana.com

Hello,

I had a crash, generated the dump but the “go to dump directory” button didn’t open the dump dir. Can you clarify where I could find the dump file ?
