Set-up problem with Audirvana

I must have set up Audirvana incorrectly because the sound is dull and muffled through my Wired4sound DAC, Mac Mini, Audirvana and Qobuz. And, I can get 24-44 but no 24-96 … which I had with Amazon Music 24-96 downloads and a standard Mac USB interconnect.
Any thoughts as to what button I pressed wrong?

Can you send me a copy of the “Debug Info”? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>General>Debug Info
