After successful login, site my.audirvana.com is not open.
Browser say ā€œERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUTā€

Which browser are you using? Have you tried using a private window or a different web browser?

I tested from chrome (both mac and windows) and edge (windows) with normal and private window. Also i tested with vpn or clear internet. All result same, my.audirvana.com not respond after enter correct password.

Hi @sqitis , can you please try clicking the button to activate your account again?

You must use your temporary password again.

I got to the point yesterday where it asked to change from temp password to my own and did so.

When you are connected to my.audirvana.com, you should see a button to subscribe to the software.
