Some problems with library

I found two problem with my music library.
Firstly, the Audirvana can not get all files from hard drive. After symbol «M», Marbin, sychronization stopping every times.

The Audirvana doesn’t see most of my library.

Next problem is album artefacts. Instead of one album, the Audirvana shows an whole album and several tracks as a second album. I do not have duplicates of files on my hard drive. The metadata in the folder is the same, but Audirvana interprets one folder as two albums. I may need to delete the Audirvana’s library file, but I do not know where it was created.

Please help to make my Audirvana better.

Hi @LuckyRo,

Can you send us a copy of the "Debug Info“ when you have this issue? You can get it in Audirvana Settings>My account.

Note: When you click on the Debug Info button, Audirvana automatically copies all its content. Please paste it in response to this message.

Does the tracks you don’t see are located only in one of those folders?

Yes. At this folder: AUTO: /Volumes/SG4Aux_HDMusic/[HD] Library/New Wave

If I choose for synchronisation upper folder

Audirvana breaks synchronisation

If I choose for synchronisation each folder

Audirvana starts a synchronisation. I try to get full synchronisation

Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a ‘Start Log Session’ button; click on it and reproduce your issue. After you reproduce it, click 'Stop Log Session’ and send me the audirvana_origin.log file you can find by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button at [email protected]

You mean I need to recompilate my library again?
Today I spent all day to try a variants for build library. My last last effort gives a result:

all files got into library. But I can to repeat compilation for you!

Thanks to works with library Audirvana automatically resolve my first problem - artefacts with albums:

My last question is how to get access to “delete” function?

If you don’t have the issue anymore, then it’s not needed.

The delete function is only available in the Track view of Audirvāna.

I will try to recompile again at weekend. With log session.

Dear Antoine, help me please with Queue function. On my Audirvana ver 2.0 I can drop to queue any files what I need. I can’t access this function right now. If I need to listen a file, I must to add it to the library first. Is this the right way now?
