Songs don’t always finish before switching

Not sure if this is the right category but. I am baffled by this one. Sometimes not on every song it will cut out and switch to the next song in playlist. Song plays fine in iTunes Really annoying using 3.5.29
Anyone please help

Can you change your buffer to 3000 or 4000MB?

Can you also try without upsampling enabled?

So when I disable up sampling I get no audio to my SPL Director. Any idea why that would be?

Yes Damien, I changed to 3900MB. But when I disable upsampling the DAC sees the 44.1 but no sound.

I have the same problem here. It happens once in a while, 3 or 4 times a week. I have max memory per track set to max, 15038 and I have upsampling set to Custom to adjust the filters but with no actual upsampling.

iTunes seems to play fine DAC display reads 704 though.

Seems to be related to the Midi settings on the MacBook. I switched those to 44k output. Seems to be right now. Gonna play some tunes through Audrivana now and see if they still cut out. Damien, Will there still be improved sound using Aurivana with no upsampling?

You’ll hear an improvement even without the upsampling activated. The upsampling feature can’t be used on every DAC, it really depends on each of them.
