Stuck on "Microsoft Credentials"

Hi,
I cannot complete the installation of Studio or start my trial period, I get stuck on this message which appears each time and asks me for a password:

“Audirvana studio wants to use your confidential information in Microsoft Credentials from your keychain”

I tried several passwords including the one to start the session, but nothing worked. I’m running Mac Catalina. Thanks for your help.

This is here to store your password in your keychain, you need to put the password of your computer and you won’t be asked again to do it.

I’ve done it fifty times but the message is still there

So the message disappeared (I checked always allow), now it asks me to connect to my account, I do it, it appears like this:

I click on “exit” and then nothing.

I’ve never had so many problems trying out a software, a real disaster. The last time when I wanted to try Origin, lots of problems, so I couldn’t try it, I let the 30 day counter run. And I feel like it’s going to be the same for Studio.
