Studio 1.10.0 with FabFilter Pro-Q 3

This version play like an old vinyl for me, had to revert back to 1.9.0

Installed the 1.9.10 this morning, put on my first Hi-Res (24-192) Velvet Mood by Billie Holiday
never remarked that we hear a lots of ‘pok’ like an old vinyl from the needle… some less but some louder… never remark that before but maybe just listened to it once…

i trash it because it disturbed me now hearing ‘poks’ and tics :slight_smile:

Then i played Art Blakey - Meet you at the jazz corner (24-48)
Same thing, poks again…

Put back version 1.9, all is good.

Load my backup hard drive… reload my billie Holiday Velvet Mood… all was good.

Blakey playing on v1.9… all good too.

I did a short test. And the same for me.
No problems with 1.9.
1.10 gives poks

Can you both send us a copy of the “Debug Info” when you have this issue? I didn’t heard any pock when I made test with the 1.10 version.

Happened at 5 seconds then 14 seconds…

just made another test, it is the same and at the same place if i change to experimental API

Had to say, it is the first time i have a bug with playback… i never stream, i never upsample…

And without the plugin, do you still have the issue?

Hmm. I’m not using any plugins and so far no plops or other weird noises here with both macOS and Windows.

Can you try to use the plugin in Real time? I have the pocks only when real time is not enabled.

in real time no pock, but without real time, pock come back, same places :slight_smile:

We have just made a update with a quick fix, can you try it?

1.10.1 seems to have fix the songs not working this morning…
working from home so listening music at the same time :slight_smile:
