Studio 2.2.2 Cutting out at 43 seconds

This is happening with every song. I has been a while since updating and all was working flawlessly with version 1.2? It continues to stream and show it playing, but no sound. If I do a complete stop and try the next track, the same thing, cuts out at 43 seconds. This is happening with Qobuz and now tried Tidal and it cuts out as well at the same 43 second time spot.

All settings the same, except I was a 3700 on allocated memory and tried the current one in the debug around 2000. I also tried the other direction going to 7000.

I also tried disabling the VST plugin that I have always used previously and it still cuts out at the same time.

Turning off upsampling does not fix the issue either. It still cuts out at 43 seconds.

As I am currently dead in the water and not able to listen to music.

Move your audio buffer size up to 4000 mb to test if this makes a difference. You have plenty of ram to work with. Your buffer could maybe be a bit small perhaps.

I may have gotten the problem resolved. It has been quite a while since restarting the computer. I have gotten through the entire first song and past the consistent cut off point of the second song without any issues.

I posted this in a second post as a reply, as the first was getting a little cluttered.

I tried that and it didn’t help. The computer must have been tired and needed a restart.

I also noticed that with problems with Tidal or Qobuz it sometimes helps to log out Qobuz or Tidal (in Audirvana), restart Audirvana and connect again Qobuz or Tidal.

And of course, as you did, reboot the computer :wink:
