Studio 3.0 says, "unable to check your license" and boots me out when I try to select new album with iOS remote

Studio 3.0 says, “unable to check your license. Please check your Internet connection, and try. again 13” This happened when, after listening to music for a while, I tried to select a new album on Tidal using the latest version of the iOS Audirvana remote. I received the pop-up message and had to log into my account again. This happened three times (twice using the iOS app on my iPad and once when using the app on my iPhone). Anyone else experiencing this issue?/Any ideas on how to make it NOT happen? Please let me know. Thanks!

Hi @Gizmology ,

Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a ‘Start Log Session’ button; click on it and reproduce your issue. After you reproduce it, click 'Stop Log Session’ and send me the audirvana_studio.log you can find by clicking the 'Open Log Folder’ button at [email protected].

Since yesterday I am having the same issue using Audirvana studio 3 on Macbook with iOS Sequoia.

Hi, OK, I started a log session, but was unable to stop it due to the fact that once the pop-up error occurred and I clicked “OK”, Audirvana quit and I had to log in again (and a new log session automatically started). Also, when I looked at the log file, it appears the same error message happened numerous times since 2024 (and it is the only message that appears). Not sure if any of it is sensitive info, so I won’t post it here, but it starts off as: “2024-06-09 20:09:05.279 [error]: UPnP: Error obtaining device description from…” Sending the file to the support addy now so you can take a look. Thanks!
