Studio not opening on PC

Hi, new user (nearly) - Ive logged for a trial and downloaded te studi installer, which appears to install OK but when it comes to launch it just puts an icon in the tray and won’t actually open the app … Its a standard i3 processor, 4gb ram and running on a TV via hdmi for a screen running on windows 10. Ive uninstalled an tried again but no luck, it simply wont seem to launch. Any ideas anyone please?

Here’s the screen when I click on the toolbar icon, after a minute or so, this box comes up, but nothing else …
