Wha tis the difference between using “monitored folders” vs “music library synchronization?”
With first one, you don’t rely on iTunes (Music) to mess your database 
Seriously, the first the better, whenever you put a new cd in your music folder when Audirvana is open, it will sync by default and you will see your new album appeared in the main window
While the second use iTunes to make it appears in Audirvana… less software running is better, less trouble never trust Apple to run your things
