System Optimizer error 4

I’ve been using A3.5.50 without any issues. I’m currently trialling Origins to see if it’ll play nicely with a new DAC.

I have both installed (imac macos monterey) although never open at the same time.

Both versions are now asking me to install system optimizer, but give me a failure message.
I tried rebooting, still persists.

For me right now, the most important is to return A3.5 to working order.
This is the message I receive when I try to install system optimizer.

Any help is appreciated!

There was an error executing SysOptimizer. Not all optimizations may be done.

Error = The operation couldn’t be completed. (CFErrorDomainLaunchd error 4.)
