TIDAL just stops playing a playlist

I’m in studio playing a Tidal playlist and it just stops playing. Sometimes in the middle of a song sometimes just does not load the next one.

Anyone else having this problem?

(I have plenty of bandwidth…)

Well yes pretty much. I have seen where the player stops because the song looks like it won’t load and I have seen the song load in its entirety and stop playing. It is only Tidal.

Hi @cjjeeper,

Can you go into the Audirvāna settings and in the My Account section? You will see a button ‘Start Log Session’, click on it, and then reproduce your issue. After you reproduce it, click on ‘Stop Log Session’ and then send me the log file you can find by clicking on the button ‘Open Log Folder’.

Same problem with Qobuz. It stops 5 seconds before the next song. I have to press “play” to go on.

Can you go to your device settings in Audirvāna Studio and enable the option “Universal Gapless playback” and then try to reproduce your issue?

It is the Christmas/New Years holidays period in France (and the rest of the world). You can expect that Audirvana support is out off office this time of year. Have some patience until January.
