Tidal Still skipping, refund

Is it possible to get a refund on my Audirvana purchase since the widespread Tidal skipping issue isn’t being addressed? Thanks

I’m sure it is being fixed. I suggest you email support about asking for a refund. No one here will give you an answer and the AS team don’t seem to be responding to any questions on this forum.
